ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, E.P.E. (hereinafter ICEX), a public business entity attached to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business through the Secretary of State for Trade, is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with current accessibility regulations, Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications in the public sector (hereinafter RD 1112/2018).

Complaints procedure
If a request or complaint has been dismissed, you do not agree with the decision, or no response has been received within twenty working days, a complaint may be initiated in accordance with article 13 of RD 1112/2018.
Complaints may be submitted through the electronic office of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business (General Application Form), or by means of the options set out in Law 39/2015.
Complaints will be received and handled by the Inspection of Services of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business. Once the complaint has been received, the unit responsible for handling it must respond to the interested party within a maximum period of two months.
